ugh. lots of work. people coming at me in all directions. i get a new laptop today. track lighting doesn’t work. i have to figure out why. that sucks. i can’t wait for the laptop. god. the law website is coming along, i can’t wait to have version one out so i can sit back and not stress out so much
Hi Kids. Been a while since I blogged on the blog so I’ll get to it. Worked all week. Got sick from the hours. NOw i’m all bitched out and i’m getting my coffees and cashing my checks and i fcound this table that i’ll use to get the sewing done. and the mixer’s all ready for some mixes which i’ll get happening as soon as i’m onto better speakers for the task. got these boombox things right now that just won’t hold up. umm, saw thx 1138 this morning. real good, liked it a bunch. very simple, too. like omega man where the story is one sentence…but it’s not a huge piece of shit. i hate stupid heston with his fucking christ arms or something–thgat whole thing just creep me out. and that weird-ass leading lady with the afro. christ. anyway, i’m back to cleaning. i promise to post photos of the new place soon. got lighting yesterday.
i’m starting to feel the rudiments of a routine coming on. and that scares me. the issue is about time not technology and i don’t have enough of it. it’s not a good place to be.
I have to write a little bit about Audioscrobbler (UPDATE: Last.fm). I’ve been getting into it and what with my love of data mining and all that muck this seems so great. Every time you play a song in any software mp3 player (UPDATE: Works with iPods and iPhones, too. –8/1/2008) it sends info about it to audiscrobbler and they keep a tally of all the songs you’ve ever listened to. Pretty cool if their website didn’t seem to be constantly falling apart and not working and stuff. like friendster quality work or somethng. My profile is here.
